PARTY LINEN RENTAL PRICING INFORMATION
If you are using basic White and Ivory tablecloths, and basic color napkins for
your event, we can supply these simple items at a discounted rate. We will
make it very affordable for you!

All listed items above are made of 100 percent Polyester. This allows for
limited wrinkling during shipping.
This is a simple rental pricing list. We carry a full line of linens featuring
multiple colors, styles, and sizes. Please call us directly at the number listed
below for more pricing information.

HOW TO PLACE A LINEN RENTAL ORDER
Please phone 888-717-1721 us to place your order. We recommend that you place your order two to three weeks prior to your event date to ensure availability. However, please do not hesitate to call us with less lead-time and we will make every effort to accommodate your order.
A non-refundable deposit of
$75.00 is required to reserve chair covers and linens for your event. The $75.00
deposit is applied to the rental cost of your order. Payment in full and final
counts are due no later than two weeks prior to delivery to ensure timely
shipment of your order. The deposit and final payment may be paid with a major
credit card or you may send us a check or money order if paid three weeks prior
to event. No sales tax is charged. A valid credit card is required for security
deposit.
Cancellations and Changes
Please be aware that once we reserve an order, other orders may be turned away
to honor our commitment to you. In the event you need to cancel an order, your
deposit of $75.00 will be forfeited. If cancellation is necessary 35 days or
less prior to your event date, a restocking fee of 25% of your total order will
also be charged. Any additions of items made less than two weeks prior to your
event are subject to an additional 25% fee on the charges for those items.
Swatches and Samples
Swatches of our fabrics in the color family you are interested in are available
upon request at no charge and are yours to keep. Once you place an order and
have paid the $75.00 deposit, we will send you a sample chair cover and sash in
the fabrics and colors you have selected. If you have not placed an order yet,
you can request a sample chair cover and sash with a $15 one time non refundable
fee. All samples must be returned to us no later than ten days after you receive
them. Please try the chair cover and sash on one of the actual chairs you will
be using for your event.
If there are any problems with fit, please contact us as soon as possible with the following information:
1. Whether the chair is a folding or banquet style chair.
2. Measurement from the top of the back of the chair to the floor.
3. Measurement of the width of chair back at the widest point.
Our standard size chair cover
fits most banquet-style chairs. We also have large, extra-large, square back,
and folding chair cover sizes that will accommodate most any other chair.
Shipping
We ship chair covers and linens anywhere in the continental United States.
Shipping is free on orders over $500.00. Shipping costs are assessed by weight
and typically run $20 and up per 100 chair covers.
Most customers have their orders shipped directly to the banquet hall or facility where the event will take place. Many customers also make arrangements with the banquet hall or facility to have the linens installed before the event and removed after the event.
Your order will arrive at least
24 to 48 hours prior to your event date. All chair covers and linens are cleaned
and pressed prior to shipping and are packed tightly to avoid wrinkles. Orders
are tracked to verify there are no complications with the shipment after it has
left our warehouse. Every effort is made to fill your order accurately. However,
you are responsible for counting your order upon receipt and notifying us within
24 hours of any discrepancies.
Return of Rental Items
A return label will be included in your shipping package. You are responsible
for boxing up your order for return shipment. You may use the boxes that your
order arrived in if they are in good condition. Otherwise, you are responsible
for supplying boxes to return your order in. Please note that if you make
arrangements with your banquet hall or facility to box up your order you are
still responsible for late return charges if it is not ready for pickup on the
Monday following your event. Please check with your banquet hall or facility to
ensure that your order is boxed and ready for return on time.
Please note that pickup times
vary with shipper and location. Therefore, your order must be packed up and
ready for shipment on the next business day after your event. Please have all
items boxed and taped with the boxes labeled with our name and address prior to
pickup. There is no need to fold or launder items after your event. Laundering
of any of our linens is not permitted. However, all linen must be dry and free
of food and debris prior to boxing. Any linen packaged damp is subject to mildew
which could incur replacement costs.
Late Return Fees
All orders must be returned in a timely manner. We create our schedule based on
return shipments being picked-up on the next business day following each event.
We need enough time for your order to return to us, be laundered, and sent out
to the next renter. Therefore, we must impose late return fees of 20 percent per
day. Linens must be returned to us, in our possession, within 4 business days
after your event. Late fees begin on the fifth business day after your event.
Lost / Damaged Linen
All linen and chair covers must be returned in the same quantity and condition
that you receive them in (i.e., no tears, rips, holes or any type of stain, or
wax stains). Full replacement cost will apply to any item that is rendered
unusable or missing upon return of your order. Loss or damage replacement cost
on chair covers, sashes, and skirting is five times the rental price. Loss or
damage replacement cost on all other items is three times the rental cost.
